Aleksandra Trkulja

is a somatic practitioner, educator, and founder of The Pleasure Centre.

Aleksandra Trkulja is a somatic practitioner, educator, and founder of The Pleasure Centre, whose work explores the relationship between embodiment, intimacy, healing, and self expression. Her approach integrates somatic awareness, relational practice, and nervous system informed work, creating space for people to reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel grounded, compassionate, and alive.

Drawing from years of experience in embodiment and transformational work, Aleksandra is particularly interested in how disconnection from the body can shape emotional well being, relationships, and one’s capacity for pleasure and authenticity. Through her teaching and facilitation, she invites individuals to move beyond performance and self protection, and toward a deeper sense of presence, agency, and connection with themselves and others.

Her work emphasizes that pleasure is not something separate from healing, but an important aspect of wholeness and human experience. Through workshops, education, and embodied practice, Aleksandra supports people in cultivating greater self awareness, emotional honesty, and trust in the wisdom of the body. At the center of her work is the belief that meaningful transformation happens through relationship, curiosity, and the courage to inhabit ourselves more fully.
