Abigail Rose CLarke

is an author, somatic educator, writer, and artist.

Abigail Rose Clarke is an author, somatic educator, writer, and artist whose work explores the relationship between the body, culture, and collective transformation. She is the creator of The Embodied Life Method™, a body based framework that invites people to return to their bodies as a source of wisdom, resilience, and connection, particularly in times of personal and societal change.

Her work integrates somatics, movement, and mindfulness with an inquiry into how social systems and lived experience shape the way we inhabit ourselves. Through her teaching, Abigail supports individuals and communities in developing a more grounded, responsive relationship with their bodies, offering practices that foster presence, creativity, and a deeper sense of belonging. She has taught internationally since 2014, working with educators, parents, leaders, and creatives.

Abigail is the author of Returning Home to Our Bodies: Reimagining the Relationship Between Our Bodies and the World, and the creator of The Somatic Tarot and The Body Oracle Deck, tools that blend storytelling, embodiment, and intuitive practice. Through her writing and teaching, she invites a more relational and embodied way of being, one that honors the body as both a site of healing and a guide for navigating an ever changing world.
