Emma-Louise Boynton

Is a journalist, presenter, and creator and host of the award winning live event series and podcast Sex Talks.

Emma-Louise Boynton is a journalist and broadcaster whose work explores sex, gender, relationships, and body image. She is the founder and host of Sex Talks, a live event series and podcast that brings together leading thinkers, clinicians, activists, and cultural voices to open up nuanced and evidence based conversations about intimacy.

After beginning sex therapy believing she was broken in her relationship to sex, Emma-Louise discovered how common sexual dysfunction is and how profoundly shame and silence shape our understanding of desire, pleasure, and connection. That experience transformed not only her sex life, but her relationship to her body, confidence, power, and vulnerability.

Through her work, Emma-Louise creates spaces that challenge taboo and invite more honest, informed dialogue about how we show up in our bodies and in the world. Her conversations aim to reduce stigma, increase literacy around sexual wellbeing, and support a culture in which intimacy can be explored with curiosity rather than shame.
