Courtney Smith
Is an executive coach, consultant, and Enneagram expert.
Courtney Smith is an executive coach, consultant, and Enneagram expert whose work bridges deep analytical training with embodiment, conscious leadership, and somatic awareness. A graduate of Yale Law School and former advisor at McKinsey and Company, Courtney spent years working in high performing corporate environments before feeling called to shift the focus of her work toward helping individuals and organizations lead with greater presence, integrity, and alignment.
Drawing on her background in strategy and leadership development, Courtney now works with executives, founders, and teams who are seeking a more honest and sustainable way of working and living. Her approach integrates the Enneagram, somatic awareness, and personal inquiry, supporting people in understanding the patterns and internal narratives that shape how they lead, relate, and make decisions. Through this work, she invites clients to move beyond roles, expectations, and performance driven identities, and toward a deeper sense of authenticity and wholeness.
Courtney is the coauthor, with Elise Loehnen, of Choosing Wholeness Over Goodness: A Process for Reclaiming Your Full Self, a book that explores the ways many people learn to perform “goodness” in order to belong, often at the cost of their full humanity. Through her coaching, writing, and teaching, Courtney encourages a shift away from perfectionism and self abandonment, and toward a more embodied, integrated way of living and leading.
