is a clinical psychologist, yoga therapist, and founder of House of Yoga Psychology.
Dr. Stephanie Minchin is a clinical psychologist, yoga therapist, and founder of House of Yoga Psychology, where she brings together the healing principles of psychology and yoga into an integrated approach to mental health and wellbeing. With nearly two decades of experience in clinical psychology and more than a decade of teaching yoga, Stephanie is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through practices that honor both the mind and the body.
Known as "The Yoga Psychologist," Stephanie's work is grounded in trauma informed, person centered care, drawing from clinical psychology, yoga therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic approaches, and nervous system regulation. She believes that lasting healing happens when insight is paired with embodied experience, creating space for people to move beyond survival and toward greater self awareness, resilience, and connection.
Through therapy, education, and professional training, Stephanie supports both individuals and practitioners in exploring the transformative potential of integrating yoga and psychology. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is a journey of coming home to ourselves, one that is strengthened through curiosity, compassion, and the wisdom of the body.
