Rebekah Ballagh is a counsellor, somatic and nervous system coach, and author whose work centers on helping people reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and sustainable way. Through her platform, Journey to Wellness, she creates space for individuals to better understand their internal experience, particularly during times of stress or change.
