Megan Campbell is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying), yoga and meditation teacher whose work bridges psychotherapy, movement, and mindfulness. With nearly two decades of experience in the wellness field, she brings a holistic and somatic approach to healing that honors the deep interconnection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Her work reflects a belief that healing happens not only through insight, but through embodied awareness, compassionate presence, and supportive relationships.

Drawing from modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness based practices, and EMDR, Megan offers an integrative and trauma informed approach to therapy. Her work is relational, grounded, and collaborative, supporting individuals in exploring the patterns, emotions, and nervous system responses that shape their inner lives and relationships. She is particularly interested in how the body holds experience, and how gentle attention to sensation, movement, and breath can open pathways toward healing and greater self understanding.

Megan works with individuals navigating trauma, grief, complex emotional patterns, and life transitions, as well as those seeking a more honest and compassionate relationship with themselves. Through her practice, she offers a steady and welcoming space where clients can move at their own pace, reconnect with their inner resources, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety, resilience, and presence in their lives.
